Pre-Habilitation
Prevent injuries from happening! The concept of pre-habilitation exercises are used by athletes that compete at the highest levels, but are somewhat unknown to most people. This type of training is slowly evolving as one of the most important aspects of an athlete’s repertoire. Pre-habilitation training involves training around joints and ligaments that are often susceptible to injury. The goal of this class is to prevent injuries before they happen. The results and statistics are amazing!
Core Strength
Strong arms and legs are worthless without a strong mid-section. Work on the abs, obliques, hip flexors, lower back and everything in between. This class will teach you how to target the muscles that anchor your body!
Conditioning
You think you know how to work hard? Take this class to enhance your level of conditioning. This is the type of training always feels better when you do it with friends! This class will consist of long runs, sprints, and any other crazy thing that our trainers can come up with. GOOD LUCK!!!!
Hand-Eye Coordination
Hand-eye and foot-eye coordination refers to the control of eye movements and the processing of visual input to guide bodily movement. Mastering the intricacies of this training will improve coordination to a level that will make you think you're on auto-pilot!
